I have a 40 inch TV. I bought the 40 inch model. The dimensions in the description corresponded exactly to the screen of my TV. The film was 1/2 inch shorter than what would have left a 1/4 inch gap all around. So how does it block blue light?! and that would be a distraction too. The seller said this is for easier installation. Obviously they got a push for an easy install. However, I'm now very happy that it didn't fit, because I found another brand where it wasn't foil, but an acrylic plate that attaches with Velcro. Which I didn't even need because it has a ledge at the top that sits just above the TV. It was almost 3 times more expensive but well worth it as it was fully covered and no hassle.
