I'm glad I read all the reviews on the Pearl Pillow. I really like this pillow. I need a shoulder replacement and use this pillow to cushion my arms when I sleep. It's not overly stuffed so it's soft enough to be comfortable for me. That's a big deal. The cover is removed for washing. That's a big deal. It's the right size too. Happy buyer.
