I like that it's user-friendly, easy to navigate through all of their modules without difficulty (or at least not too difficult).

The support team has been very responsive in helping me solve issues if any were there while setting up my account as well when questions arise throughout our implementation process.- Not much so far with this software but we are still working out some kinks here &there! Hoping things will get better because they have such an impressive product otherwise!! - Overall satisfied about how everything works together seamlessly between each other once set correctly within your organization/company environment needs. It helps eliminate redundancies where possible by having one central place employees can easily report concerns or ask specific Q&A regarding benefits offered via different programs including COBRA etc..
