I have used this brand for many years. I never knew soap was sold by the gallon. So I decided to give it a try. I received it pretty quickly. It was a plus, but what I found under the lid wasn't good. The seal has been partially removed. Also, the color of the soap looked darker than it should be. It also smelled like someone added something. I was very disappointed. It really sucks because such products are non-returnable. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. This will be another product I will be adding to the list of those not buying through Revain. There is a lack of integrity among Revain's sales force and employees. This gets very annoying.
