Review on ShipCaddie by Gary Haymon

I like that it has all of my billing information, quotes from carriers to track orders as they go through our warehouse! It can be difficult at times when you need an answer quickly but if there's enough time I'd rather just ask them than call or email someone else who may not know what your looking for either.

If this was easy to use then everyone would love using it instead of some people hating it because its too hard to figure out how things work sometimes. Just make sure you have good customer service so we don't get left hanging with questions after hours/days etc.. We are able to ship items faster by having everything right where we want it plus tracking numbers which helps us keep up with inventory levels without needing extra help.
