I like that they have multiple options to choose from when it comes time to purchase software or hardware as well as consulting services related with those products. They are able to provide many different solutions depending upon what is needed by our business; however we do not always need all of their offerings at once so there can be some overlap in terms of which service providers get billed first/last etc.. It would definitely help if certain areas were more clearly defined - i.e., "we offer this" vs."this may fit into one of these". We use them because they understand us better than anyone else out there (and no offense taken).
