First off, the coco liners arrived in a plastic vacuummed bag which felt like a brick when I unopened it. Thankfully, the two ordered weren't packaged together because I wouldn't have gotten them separated. I filled a oval container with water and set the liner in for a few minutes to loosen up. After loosening a few minutes I then have to work to get the form to "look" like the pictures. I reiterate WORK AND LOOK. I will return to either a local company or purchase a liner which is NOT VACUMMED. They tend to shrink apparently. I ended up having a 20" liner. I sure couldn't find another 4" anywhere.
