HORRIBLE BALLOONS good for balloons

These balloons are of very poor quality. Almost 1/4 of them had holes. I used them for a photo shoot of a 1 year old baby. We put them on the ground after they blew them up. They kept showing up. It scared my baby so much that we had to quit smoking because of her crying. I would say 7-10 of them showed up by themselves. They are incredibly difficult to ignite and when present only last 5-10 minutes. Such a waste
