We've had it for about two weeks now. After our old toilet seat broke, we decided to try a bidet seat. There are so many to choose from! Basically, I was looking for something with more features (powerful enough spray, frontal spray, dehumidifier, etc.) and costs around $200. This chair has it all and more! All I can say is that I am not at all disappointed with my purchase. The seat was easy to install, I think aligning took the longest, but I installed everything within 30 minutes and there were no leaks, including a shut off valve which I bought separately just in case. As far as work goes, it works as I expected. I was concerned that with the deactivation value the flow would decrease and the flow would be weak, but that is not the case. The jet of water doesn't throw me off my seat, but it's powerful enough to clear everything up, and that's the point, isn't it? The dryer is warm and works well, sometimes I run it twice and by the end of the second cycle it's usually fine. The controls are clear and easy to reach, I considered using a remote controlled device but with young children we decided that something fixed that couldn't be lost or used as a toy would probably be the best choice for us. If I had to find a minus, I would say that the seating area was a bit smaller than what we are used to, but that only bothered me for a day or two. Also, I've found that sometimes I have to shift a bit to direct the spray to the right spot, but again, it's not a big deal and I think you may need to do this no matter what seat you buy. . Bottom line, he gets everything clean and it doesn't cost much! Since you pump less and use almost no toilet paper, hopefully it will pay off in the long run. I found a check valve was not necessary for us, even with two pre-k kids there were no occasional sprays! In fact, they're starting to use it now too, although I find it's not as effective for them as it is for my older child and adults. One of the LEDs stopped working about 6 months ago, but that's not a big problem. I also found that the rear seat doesn't get that hot, but I'm not sure if that's a bug or just the location of the heaters, which again isn't a big issue for us. We'll probably be getting one for the kid's bathroom soon, although I may not get that exact model I'll definitely consider this brand.
