How to change loud ringtones.

Nice clock, I also found the chime too loud. But it's easy to fix. Unscrew the 4 screws that hold the bell mechanism in place and pull the speaker out of the bracket with two clips. Cut them to shape with self-adhesive felt pads and cover the speaker. I used double the thickness and completely covered the working side of the speaker twice. Don't try to reinstall the speaker in 2 clamps, it won't fit, just point the speaker into the base of the clock (opposite direction to the original, install the bell mechanism and tighten the screws. It will be perfectly muffled.
