Normal device, earbuds aren't the best
So far I've just opened it up, charged it and connected it to the phone. They work as advertised but for me the actual earbud part is very uncomfortable after only a minute or so of use. I am the safety director and am knowledgeable about proper fit and use. Can you offer other types of ear tips that match your product? I would really like to use them, but they cause a lot of pain in a very short time. I know they are because I've used them with hearing testers, which are used to check earbuds for proper fit.
