Big. Until it breaks
As in other reviews, the sound in one ear disappeared. I thought it was a connection issue with the iPad and the case, but only today found out that this is not the problem. Part of the connector has broken off under one of the black connectors and now a piece of the connector is stuck in the headphone jack. I haven't figured out how to remove it yet and the audio stays in headphone mode so my kid can't use it yet. It's a shame because so far they've been great and she loved them.
