Yesterday I sat with this product for the first time and it was so easy for me to take everything I needed for a very long walk during a thunderstorm! I could hold the leash in one hand, the sun visor in the other, and I could easily hold both in one hand for a quick sip of water, pull out a handheld fan to cool off, check my phone to stay in touch the dog owner, applying hygiene lipstick, pulling out dog poo bags, etc. (this dog isn't very responsive to treats, but you can certainly leave a bag in!) I kept the owner's keys in a small secret pocket on the back of a bottle holder that was very close to the body and I was afraid that they would be uncomfortable there, that they might cling to my side, but I didn't even feel them! I also really like that you can adjust the tightness of the water bottle holder; I saw some reviews saying it fits their really big water bottles and I have a thinner but longer bottle so I was a little concerned about that but my bottle was comfortable the whole time! Sure a few times I leaned in too far and the bottle fell out, but considering how many times I've leaned in to pet or comfort the dog in general, I'm really impressed with how well the bottle is in place and Spot stayed that tight considering I didn't even tie on the regulator. It's also definitely water-repellent, because despite the umbrella it got a little wet during the storm, but fortunately it was completely dry inside! Long story short I'm so glad I bought it and I think it's a really great price too!
