They work great on Jeep soft top zippered windows.

I actually bought two packs of these cables. The first package was to install all the external zippers on the top of my Jeep TJ. If you have one, you know how difficult it is to reach the zippers on the windows with two fingers. They are long enough, they protrude from the velcro so you can grab them easily right away. A small spacer softens the string on your finger when you put your finger in this loop. And it's very secure, since as a Jeep owner you know you really have to unzip some of those zipped windows.
