Not what it claims to be, at least that's what happened to me

So I suffer from Rosacea and my current treatment of a sulphur-based wash gel plus moisturizer doesn't seem to do anything besides preventing the breakout of the redness . I have noticeable redness on my nose, across my cheekbones and a few random spots on my face and on my head. I bought this to try and see if something designed more for redness relief would help. It had seemingly positive reviews so I gave it a try. Everything was fine on the first day, although the skin dried off quite well. The second day it burned my skin. Now I don't put makeup on my face and I don't apply anything before using a cleanser. I have followed the directions for using the cleanser with redness cream in the jar as directed. Both products irritated my skin so much that my face turned red like a lobster. I also had to go to work the same day and had to put ice on my face for 45 minutes to stop the burning and (even more) redness. I do not recommend this product to anyone, it did not suit me.
