Ecco shoes seem to work very well for my feet. This is perfect for my left foot and perfect for my right which is just a little bit bigger. Coincidentally, I also bought a couple of Eccos at the same time (though different lasts) and they are a bit wider. This pair of biomes looks amazing, just like the picture. However, the labeling of the mid-width shoe seems to be misleading. It's not an M at best, it's a D. They feel great, but the issue with my right foot only makes me dislike Ecco as a brand. Why this type of shoe cannot be made for the advertised middle width is beyond me. There is plenty of room in the toe box for my US size 11.5 which would otherwise fit almost any size 12 (except for brogues and adidas/puma which tend to shrink).
