don't really work - interior lights

Everything was fine the first day, but since then the remote control (needs to replace the supplied batteries in the remote control immediately) no longer makes any logical sense. The lights are nice but they just go out. Sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes an hour. The hours of stay do not matter. As others have noted, they use twice the power expected from LEDs. Changed battery to reset with no success.
