You can see that the purchase of these types of pads I am a heavy bleeder. Depending on the month, heavy bleeder is an understatement, and so I have been looking for pads that I dont have to use with incontinence underwear so there are no accidents.I have to tell you these pads are better than the always! I thought with the always I wouldnt find any better and so I kept spending for the big pack along with incontinence underwear so there would be no accidents on my bedsheets overnight or in my car during my commute.I decided to give these amazon brand ones a try and all I can say is wow. These definitely do the trick and I can wear my regular undies. They cover my front to back and even on my heaviest days has not leaked through the sides which is wear I usually have an issue. No leakage anywhere in any direction.I am so happy I found these and hope Revain never changes them. So bye bye incontinence undies and always size 5's.
