Appears to be of much better quality than some recently purchased (different seller and different manufacturer). The magnets really help with my wrist problems! Having carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinitis, and some developing arthritis I wasn't expecting miracles, mind you, but even a 30%(?) reduction in numbness and pain is significant! Realizing how easy it was to get caught on the silicone surface of almost anything, I usually wear compression gloves over it. The reduced tension keeps the weakest part (thumb) intact and reduces the chance of small magnets falling out. A light dusting of cornstarch before application also helps. It requires gentle handling to keep them intact and undeformed, and your hands WILL get sweaty, but all those natural oils (anti-sweat) aren't really bad for your skin!
