Review on Tough & Competent by Michael Gupta

Their team is very hardworking, they are always there for you if needed even after office hours when most companies won't do that! They will go out of their way sometimes which I find amazing about them as it's not something everyone does but from what i've seen so far this doesn’t seem like an issue with tough&competant at all - more just general customer service in my opinion (which I think we can say applies across almost every major provider). As someone who works remotely myself having issues solved quickly has been one thing keeping me away from other providers until now.
