My favorite ergonomic chair!

I love all things ergonomic that allow me to do tasks in different positions. I like to use the Varier Balans (which also looks very cool and sculpted), the Swopper Chair (also looks cool and allows me to bounce and swivel) and the short IKEA stool (which gives me more swivel and tilt flexibility are). . I also have a height-adjustable work surface. Other than that I can use any of these chairs or a stand or use Mogo which is a tractor seat on a stick that I use mostly for hiking or camping. All of these seating options have their pros and cons. But none of them are a suitable height for a countertop-level surface. Two countertop-height IKEA islands have come into my life, and for the first time I have enough space for projects that require large areas without having to go to the floor. But since I'm taller than average, the height of the counter is still not very comfortable to work with. I needed a sturdy stool that would allow me to work comfortably at counter height and this stool fits the bill. There are no 5 stars for the wearing comfort, because I still have to get up from time to time. is not. But it's not as unforgiving as Swopper or Balans for long periods of sitting. It's great to be able to ride on it to grab nearby tools. I know other people work with wheelchairs like this all the time, but this is my first time working with a wheelchair and I really like it. The chair arrived quickly. He assembled himself easily. It looks great in space. So many color options! The pure white I bought tends towards blue white rather than soft white for those color conscious. Since I have both pure white and soft white in my room, everything works great. I've only had it a few months but it's holding up well. I didn't notice any wobbling in the joints, they're just tight. However, once I got the height right, I didn't have to adjust it at all. I like the balanced sitting feeling in the saddle. It definitely relieves my lower back and gives me more freedom of movement in my upper body compared to a conventional chair. I originally wanted to try saddle chairs from premium brands like Bambach or Salli, but couldn't find a store near me that sold them. In general, I like to sit down on a chair before making a purchase. But I thought the price of this one was so good and being able to return it was so easy I would give it a try. After all, this isn't the chair I spend all my time in. So far, so good! Additional Thoughts: Be sure to check the height range of the saddle you're buying if you're working - regular surface. I've noticed that not every saddle chair on the Revane rises high enough for my situation. This one fit the bill and it worked well. The fact that it rolls so easily also means it can be dangerous for people who don't have very good balance. There are lightweight semi-saddle style chairs on the market that do not have wheels, such as B. the E3 Crescent chair. I bought one of these for a man with a serious back injury who couldn't sit up until he tried. A rolling stool would be very dangerous in this situation, while a firm and light chair works very well. It is easy to move around and allowed this person to be in a seated position when people came to visit (rather than fully standing or lying down). It was very helpful during the long months of recovery as it certainly allowed for more posture variation and has also become a family favorite. I can buy a second swivel chair to go with it now that that person has recovered and can do cool stuff with me on those shelf-high surfaces.
