I didn't get the instructions and they are needed as the pairing is a bit different than the devices I've had before. I've tried to find instructions on the manufacturer's website but there aren't any. Then I tried to contact the manufacturer. Unfortunately, when I tried to use the contact page to leave a message, the message was not sent. After my initial review, the manufacturer contacted me with instructions. I understand this is a small business but small things like a website make a big difference when it comes to customer satisfaction. The earbuds themselves sound great when connected to the phone. I haven't had a chance to test them for 8 hours, but I assume they work fine.
