The product ran out of the plastic packaging when it arrived. Worked well on most of my hair. I saturated it and let it sit for a few extra minutes and the orange came out better in some spots than others. I hope further treatment helps but I have to wait a week or so before my hair has a chance to regain its natural oils. I have hard water and was hoping this would be better than the traditional purple shampoo. This is definitely correct, but points are deducted for heterogeneity. Again he was completely fed up so not sure what happened.
