I've been trying to keep this pillow shape ever since I injured my neck when I was 20 and my chiropractor recommended it. They add support that you can't get from a traditional pillow. The last time I brought home a similar pillow, my husband stole it and slept on it until it turned into an oval. Recently my aunt was hospitalized. As I watched her lay on all the painkillers, I realized she needed a pillow like this. When I saw how cheap they were I ordered 3 sets for the whole family. Everyone loved her. Big hit. Mom, uncle, aunt, cousin, another cousin, my husband and me. I wasn't sure about the quality since it's an online order. Sometimes it can be made on Amazon but you really can't beat the quality for the price. It's not a great pillow, but it does the job. They are soft and not too hard. I had to order another set, I gave mine away. I couldn't leave anyone behind. Anyway I get mine today. It was a great gift for all my family members at a time when a little joy and relief makes a world of difference. money well spent. So far out of the 6 pillows I have received they have all been well packaged, clean, no weird smell and no holes. Very happy with my purchase. This winner. Buy more to send the family east
