I'm a tall guy and I sweat a lot. I've never used anything like this before, but now I believe! These pads are big enough to get the job done and are very absorbent. I usually change them every 4-6 hours at work, but they keep my shirts dry and I'm not afraid to take my jacket off to talk to customers. My partner, a cop, has also tried them and has no problem with pit stains on his cheap polyester uniform. This fabric is not breathable! I wish I had tried these things many years ago!
