Bad buy. They stuck but came off in a mess as soon as I pulled the shirt over my head. During the day, even if they stick, they stick to the skin and leave a wet stain on clothes. I tried to double up and by the end of the day I had four pieces on my skin. If you suffer from hyperhidrosis, then by all means avoid this product.

I'm a tall guy and I sweat a lot. I've never used anything like this before, but now I believe! These pads are big enough to get the job done and are very absorbent. I usually change them every 4-6 hours at work, but they keep my shirts dry and I'm not afraid to take my jacket off to talk to customers. My partner, a cop, has also tried them and has no problem with pit stains on his cheap polyester uniform. This fabric is not breathable! I wish I had tried these things many years ago!
