I received a set of two bands, one was fine the other was separating from the fit bit - the connection was poor. I considered sending them back for a refund but I really liked the other one. I still had the card that came with them, so I emailed them (wonder if I'd ever get a reply). They replied to me within a few hours! They apologized and offered to send another set without having to return the faulty one. The new strips arrived in less than a week. No problems with the new ones - and now I have a good one from the first set as a bonus!
