I bought this because of the reviews and price ratio. This is how I shop. I needed this product, I was looking for it at the lowest price but with good reviews. I needed a REAL harness bar to replace a bent one on a brand new printer without having to wait for the printer manufacturer to ship a replacement from China. TRUE means no kinks to me. I should be able to roll it without staggering. Unfortunately mine was shaky. It was bent just like the one I bought as a replacement. However. The delivery process was on +. They used a very strong cardboard cylinder that was in perfect condition. I assume this could lead to some heavy beatings from the delivery service. Therefore, when you order this product, you can be sure that the product will be delivered in the same condition in which it was last packed.
