I rarely write reviews so you know this charger must be bad. Keep in mind that I didn't buy this charger to transfer data or power my 18w devices. All I needed from this cable was to charge my random bits and pieces (candle lighters, cordless screwdrivers, etc.), but it doesn't even do that. Meanwhile, cheap, short-length chargers work just fine. That was a problem from day one. Since then I've bought a few new devices which have made it more visible and of course I'm not going into the returns window so you can probably see my frustration. My suggestion: stay away from this brand and go for Anker, Aukey or any other cheap brand, you are still better off with this one. </rant>
