Update: I've extended my experience with this product by only using it during the colder months. Why ? because it allows me to wrap plastic bags (saran wrap works best) around my legs and then wear socks or stockings to work. The heat generated during the day accelerates the peeling process. Then I take a hot shower every day at home (my personal preference), which also helps with dandruff. After 7 days I have soft baby feet. Be sure to use moisturizing foot masks. For the full effect of the peeling, you need to put your feet in hot water for about 30 minutes. Or take a hot shower for 15 minutes and then exfoliate your feet. This will help your feet shedding within 3-4 days. Other reviews recommend soaking your feet daily, but I personally don't have the time to do this every day. That's why I recommend taking hot showers twice a week.
