If you line them all up with the frame, they'll be level and not pushing each other up and down. So you have to skip spaces, which pushes the string out of line. Also, the pre-tensioned string on the frame is too big for the rocker slots, so you have to push the string through the slot every time you change the rocker. Oh yeah, and be careful of the strings accidentally popping out of the frame.
