Since I bought two (2) of these display cases, my other display cases have been wasted! These racks are heavy metal, super easy to clean, work great in the oven and most importantly chill my bread, cookies and candy perfectly. This is the first time I've had shelves that I can clean without soaking or scrubbing or washing or scrubbing. These are also the first cooling racks I have that come out of the oven to bake and then cool. I am very satisfied with these refrigerated shelves.
