Wow I did it! No tool!
First… instructions. I love instructions in pictures, but please also in wording. Judging by the pictures, there should be a variety of these blinds. Also, make sure you untie the ropes at the top or you'll end up on the stool like me and try to untie the knots to lower the blinds. Otherwise easy to install. Hope it doesn't fall off lol.
