This "category 7" cable is inferior to the standard category 5 cable I had laying around and offers speeds of 500Mbps or less that is far from the 10GB speed promised in the description. To prove that my network connection is not the bottleneck, I got a CAT6 cable from StarTech.com, a reputable manufacturer used by IT professionals, and got much better results around 900Mbps for my upload and Download speeds achieved, and this cable can actually work at speeds up to 10Gb/s. The only reason this product has good reviews is because buyers simply compare it to their Wi-Fi speeds for video streaming , and almost any Ethernet cable will be better than Wi-Fi. So my advice would be to just get a CAT5e Ethernet cable from StarTech or some other reputable manufacturer that supports 1Gb/s and is of better quality than that cheap crap.
