DEFECTIVE AND SHOCKING MY FISH! DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU JUST WANT AN EXPENSIVE BUBBLE STAB

I've been waiting to write this review to see how it works. turned on the bright part (which is separate from the bubbles), they did not turn on - they just flashed. Then I turned the light off and on again and it glowed. The fish literally went mad and then calmed down. So just thought new lights/new colors/new everything with bubbles so normal reaction. I also thought that maybe it was a "safety mechanism" where I had to flip the switch twice to turn the light on (because I have to do it EVERY time I want to turn the light on, which I don't). often because it seemed to startle the fish). 3 days ago the lights wouldn't come on at all - it took about 3-4 times to flip the switch before they were fully on - they only blink once (like a bang) and then go off. . Finally they appeared after about 10 seconds delay. The fish, of course, went crazy. So yesterday I rearranged the aquarium so that the light was fully visible (a word to the wise - the lights do NOT shine as brightly when there is something in front of it or gravel on top of it). So I rearranged the tank completely (but left the wand where it was - too much trouble moving the suction cups) so the light can be seen better. After everything was done and I could finally see the light in all its glory, it did so with a 10 second delay after "flashing" and turning off a few times. The fish were more freaked out than ever and I went to the local aquarium where I bought them and asked them about this behavior - as this time my very expensive and large goldfish, Oranda, was hitting rocks, glass and decorations and seemed dazed afterwards. Everything was ready - the other two goldfish stayed upstairs in the aquarium. The pros told me that the wand is known to send electric current through water and that turning the switch on and off is NOT a safety mechanism and that this means the wand lacks LEDs and every time I turn them on mine Pisces shocked. It sucks because the bubble wand is amazing and fish love bubbles. And it's MUCH better than that blue stone. Because of the bubbles and the durability of the materials that produce bubbles, that's the ONLY reason I gave it TWO stars. Otherwise it would be NOTHING. I'm so disappointed in this. It's ridiculous that I now have to take it out of the tank and send it back for a refund - especially since I threw away all the packaging. However, I can just leave it for the bubbles and just unplug the LEDs from the whole thing and call it a day - but I paid a lot of money for what is now just a BUBBLE WAND. What worries me the most is that this is MARINELAND. And everything I buy, I buy from them because they are awesome and I maintain their aquariums, lids, lights, pumps, etc. But for some reason they did NOT do it very well. I did however purchase their RING Bubble/LED "stick" and it works great in my other tank and does NOT shock or anything. So I can just return it and just buy 2 of these for the tank. DOES ANYONE HAVE THIS SITUATION!?!
