Looks good but I might use a larger size or more than one.

I mounted this on the center back wall of my 125 gallon African cichlid aquarium and it really didn't look good when I placed it in a prominent spot (looks like Christmas lights on the back glass). This product would be much better if the manufacturer allowed you to switch it to a mode that only changes from one solid color to another at a time; instead of all colors. But once I stowed it behind the rocks and out of sight, the lighting effects were much better. If you look at all the lights…

do not pour into the tank, but attach to the lid.

They are great for the first few days but then algae starts to grow on each of the LEDs and by the time you have 6 you will have a lot of LEDs to polish each week. Use the air feature in the LEDs, but I use suction cups to mount them on top of my canopy, creating a spectacular light show when air is applied to the power heads. out of phase with each other and it would be great if there was some static or phased color matching that keeps all LEDs the same color as they change color to color. It…

Excellent night light for fish

Love this thing. I finally got a new tank when I came across this article. I liked it and I ordered. It came in a 55 gallon quarter round tank. It looked great. Being easily obsessive compulsive I didn't like it so I had to order one for the other back to level things out. It also looks great. The only thing I'd like to warn about is that if you love anal like me, you're going to have a little trouble with hoses and wires. They are designed to only move in one direction. I wanted all the wires…

Works great but the bubbler degrades pretty quickly.

LED lights add zest to my aquarium and my fish have adapted to them fairly quickly. At first the LEDs sync by color, but after a cycle or so everything starts to work in its own way. I wish there was a setting that would let you either sync or randomize them, but it's pretty nonetheless. The colors also change at a good pace, very smooth and gradual. I've seen other LED bubblers that are "hyper" and flicker like crazy from color to color; this one is not like that at all. It is much quieter and

I've been waiting to write this review to see how it works. turned on the bright part (which is separate from the bubbles), they did not turn on - they just flashed. Then I turned the light off and on again and it glowed. The fish literally went mad and then calmed down. So just thought new lights/new colors/new everything with bubbles so normal reaction. I also thought that maybe it was a "safety mechanism" where I had to flip the switch twice to turn the light on (because I have to do it…
