My dog has allergies and brushes his paws so often they end up sore and bleeding. I use this every other day or so and her paws feel so soft and it really helps protect them. She doesn't feel the need to lick that often, and she's not tempted to lick it off, which is amazing. The balm is a bit firm, but it comes out of the container easily and softens very quickly with the warmth of your skin and rubbing. Absorbs in minutes, not greasy at all if left to soak. I had no problems with parquet floors. My dog does have some slipping on hardwood after applying it but it doesn't last too long and it's fun so it's not too bad lol. The smell is great and even makes my hands silky. I sometimes use it on my feet! 10/10 recommend!
