CAPACITY NOT 2.5 OZ

Capacity is not 2.5 oz and every spice jar like this at Revain does the same and I don't get it. Maybe 2.5 ounces if you don't put the lid on? But how, my friend, why? They're definitely only good for half or a little more than half of what's in your standard grocery store-bought spice jar. I kept them because they were a bargain and I was dying to trade them in for something else. Love the labels too. Even with spaces. I'll probably order more because of the price and maybe just go for 6oz next time, but I'm trying to decide if it would be weird to mix and match sizes on my shelf.
