Poor quality control
I can't attach the strap to one of the grommets that came in the box. As you can see in the picture, the hole in one of the grommets is smaller than the other. The connector on the strap does not fit into the eyelet with the smaller hole. The holes in the eyelets are not exactly centered. As a result, the metal is a bit thin in places and can break over time. The strap itself is fine. The terminals at the end are flat rectangular metal instead of round. This creates an edge that can wear down the brass grommets.
