I only had problems with this tower. 1 week after I received it, the memory card failed. I called support and they sent me 2 replacement units. After 1 month, 1 of the 4 display outputs stopped working. After 1 month the 2nd display socket stopped working. I have spoken to tech support and although they say it is under warranty I have to send them the defective unit before they send a new replacement unit. I let them know that I use this tower for freelance web design and graphics and I can't just shut down my shop for 2-3 weeks and wait for a replacement. They said that's not their problem and that's the way to go about something like that. I am very unhappy with the tower and their willingness to support their products and fix the problem by sending me a replacement so I can replace the bad one immediately and then ship the broken one back to them. But apparently they are more concerned that I am a thief and keep both units. I will never buy their products again.
