What to Expect

A simple metal rod that can be used as an axle for a boat trailer pulley. The stem and mounting end caps appear to be zinc plated. Carefully packed. Easy to cut to length with an angle grinder. End caps are mostly used once so make sure you have everything figured out before putting them back on.
