Media failed to load. I knew what I was buying when I ordered it. 6ft cord with added durability, USB 2.0 and fast charging. It works on all of those ends (yes, even fast charging, although the video might not show it). I charged my phone on this cable when my phone ran out of power. The product it was used on was the LGV20. When I came back it was slightly less charged and the cord was unplugged. In the video I demonstrate that the anchor cable comes loose with a slight vibration. You can see the charge status disappear before I shake it off. My old charging cable, which is a year and a half old, sometimes had this problem when it broke, as demonstrated by the new Anker cable. For comparison I've included a demo of my old cable and what I was hoping for from Anker's 6ft charging cable. The material feels very good. When charged, it charged very quickly. I haven't tested the file transfer, but if it's 100% connected with no option to disconnect during file transfer, I'd assume it's at USB 2.0 speeds. The cable itself is also quite strong. More than likely I can lay the cable on a chair and ignore the damage. However, this does not matter if the cable cannot be securely connected. They make better quality ropes than charging cables. I don't recommend it, even for $10.
