Update: I wasn't expecting this but someone from this company contacted me and wanted to fix it. He sent me a new tent for free. Delivered pretty quickly. He also emailed a tutorial video to make sure I had the right information on how to use the tent. I opened and pitched the tent. There were no broken parts and it popped up and collapsed perfectly. I really appreciate the company's efforts to rectify the situation. And the customer service representative, I think Mr. Liang, was great! I ordered this tent last year to take with me on a camping trip this year. I was about to install it now that it's warmer outside to see how easy it would be and it broke. Due to Covid-19 I am unable to speak to anyone from Revain customer service and cannot find a phone number to contact the company that makes this tent directly. The product description says there is a lifetime warranty so I'm hoping to find someone to take care of that soon. The tent was a good idea, but only if it worked. I'm very frustrated because I have a camping trip in a few weeks and I won't be able to use this tent.
