Difficult to open and lashes won't stay in the box
This case, despite being made of thick, durable plastic, is almost impossible to open - I mean very poor ergonomics where I have to reach a knife and oils from the kitchen to open it. The lashes then fall inward and become tangled. There is no mechanism inside to fix each lash. What good is a travel case for eyelashes if they get damaged in the case? FAIL.
