Plastic jars were used to store my handmade body butter and bath salts. Plastic cans are perfect for the job. There were no complaints about size, durability, etc., however, some lenses were inconsistent in design. Some cans had a bulge at the neck - basically there was more space between the can body and the lid area. Others were as pictured. I could still use products for this purpose but you should get a permanent product. This can be a bit of a problem if you label the jars a certain way.
