Review on Vintage Style Grensk Dimmable LED Edison Bulbs - 3 Pack by Alex Tellekson
These bulbs explode!
I installed 3 of these over our kitchen island. As soon as I flipped the switch, I heard a repeated popping noise. As I walked over to see where it was coming from, one of the bulbs exploded, sending glass all over the kitchen. It was on for less than 10 seconds before this happened. Afterwards, all the filaments were still lit, but it was hard to get out of the socket. You can see the break around the base looks very even, but I don't understand how a 12 watt bulb has enough power to send glass flying that far.
