The first heater I received was not only about two weeks late, it also WILL NOT turn on. Yes, I have tried several sockets. I had to send it back and opted for a replacement. The replacement came sooner but was even worse than the first heater. I couldn't mount the wheels because the cooling coils were badly bent. You would think Revain would have written 'Fragile' or something similar on the box if the device is filled with a HIGHLY FLAMMABLE LIQUID, but obviously customers who receive damaged goods are preferable to them. The original packaging said "flammable," "fragile," and "this end," but Revain covered it all in its own packaging, which had no warning labels. Don't waste your money or time with this heater.
