I like that there are many different ways to find what you're looking up, including searching by topic or question/answer type (such as "how do i...").
It's easy enough when learning how things work in order get familiar with all of its capabilities. The interface is simple but very intuitive once accustomed; however this can be an issue if one does not have prior experience using knowledge bases / databases! Also sometimes searches don't return expected results so we may need help from support staff which takes additional resources away from our team members who should otherwise focus solely upon delivering solutions at hand - no pun intended ;-) :).
