Installed. When replacing the drive brackets, be sure to apply good pressure. It took a few times, but eventually all three drives turned on the activity light. However, the SATA connector on the device was either not properly connected or defective. I changed the SATA cable to check, still nothing. I put everything back and used the SATA cables that came with the device and everything worked fine again. In the time it takes to wiggle the drive mounts perfectly for this to work, I was able to easily pop the back panel open and just unplug the cables.
