Although I had some problems with the lock, I really love this backpack. I originally bought this backpack for an international trip to Africa. I needed to carry my laptop and other items with me, so the lock on this backpack made me feel like my personal belongings were secure. Now I use it for grad school. I find the USB port makes charging my phone and tablet easy and convenient on the go. Another great feature are the many pockets and compartments. But as I mentioned before, I had some problems with the lock. The combination of locks changed by itself, so I was locked in my backpack abroad. The reason I still rate this 5 stars is the customer service I received. After I emailed the seller about my problem, he responded immediately and sent me a new backpack after I returned to the US. The new backpack has an improved locking function and has not given me any problems so far. If I run into any more issues I'll definitely update my review, but for now I'm really happy with the product.
